Firefly Crew An easy-drinking witbier, brewed with coriander and lemon peel. 4.8% ABV / 15 IBU.
Straight Razor Pale Ale Brewed with high quality malts, Pacific Northwest hops, Australian hops, & a clean finishing yeast. 5.5% ABV / 30 IBU

Coffee Nemesis An imperial stout made from fine English roasted barley and aged on whole coffee beans to give it full, dry roasted flavor. Rich chocolate, caramel and Munich malts round out the flavor profile. 9% ABV / 40 IBU
Cucumber Saison Crisp cucumbers give this beer a remarkably clean and fresh finish. 3.5% ABV / 10 IBU
Le Ferme A light and refreshing farmhouse ale, bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces; fruity with just a touch of funky. 6.2% ABV / 23 IBU
Apricot Le Ferme Our classic farmhouse ale aged in chardonnay barrels with Brett and apricots. 7.2% ABV / 25 IBU

Whiskey Barrel Mole Nemesis Our classic Nemesis brewed with warm ancho chiles and cacao nibs, aged in charred oak whiskey barrels with cacao nibs and cinnamon. Uniquely sweet, savory and delicious. 9.3% ABV / 50 IBU
