Coffee Nemesis An imperial stout made from fine English roasted barley and aged on whole coffee beans to give it full, dry roasted flavor. Rich chocolate, caramel and Munich malts round out the flavor profile. 9% ABV / N/A IBU

IPA Juicy, with big fruity flavor from the American Comet hops and just enough Oats and German wheat malts for balance. 6.2% ABV / 50 IBU

Magic Juice North East Style Double IPA with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Comet Hops. Super juicy, with strong citrus and just a light touch of bitter heat. Hazy through and through. 8.2% ABV / n/a IBU

Apricot Le Ferme Our classic farmhouse ale aged in chardonnay barrels with Brett and apricots. 7.2% ABV / 25 IBU

Bourbon Barrel Mashie 10.9% ABV / 25 IBU

Pumpeon Imperial pumpkin ale aged in bourbon barrels with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, & whole cloves. 12.4% ABV / 64 IBU

Whiskey Barrel Coconut Nemesis Imperial stout aged in whiskey barrels with coconut, cacao nibs, and vanilla. 9.3% ABV / 50 IBU

Whiskey Barrel Mole Nemesis Our classic Nemesis brewed with warm ancho chiles and cacao nibs, aged in charred oak whiskey barrels with cacao nibs and cinnamon. Uniquely sweet, savory and delicious. 9.3% ABV / 50 IBU

Schank! Berliner Weisse. Sour and tart with a crisp maltiness. 3.5% ABV / 5 IBU

Sunset Saison Farmhouse Style Saison. Perfect for watching the sun set while you're camping by the lake. 7% ABV / 35 IBU

Blanc Belgian-inspired white ale, brewed with coriander and orange peel, then aged in neutral barrels with Brettanomyces and other souring microflora. 6% ABV / 10IBU

Cucumber Saison Crisp cucumbers give this beer a remarkably clean and fresh finish. 3.5% ABV 10 IBU

Le Ferme A light and refreshing farmhouse ale, bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces; fruity with just a touch of funky. 6.2% ABV / 23 IBU
